RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your product. That is why we offer 30 days open purchase. Sale items and Limited Edition collections has a 14-day return policy. To make the handling of returns easy, please register your product below before submitting it. You get instructions on how to pack and send the product to us, as well as the opportunity to print a return shipping note for a cost of 5.90 EUR.
CLAIMS:
Have you bought your jewelry from us and it has broken? Register it here, send a picture and have your broken jewelry replaced within the warranty period. Follow the instructions below and we will help you as soon as possible!
You can find your order number in the confirmation email received when you placed your order. If you’re missing your order number, please contact info@systerp.se.
