Syster P AB operates the systerp.com business and the following conditions apply to all international orders from systerp.com.

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2-5 days for international orders and for orders paid with credit card or Klarna Invoice. Some products may have a longer delivery times, due to holidays and peak seasons. Delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 days. 

Syster P reserves the right to make price and stock changes. It may occur that products on your order is out of stock. In those cases we will contact you by email within 1-3 working days. If you wish to cancel your order or have questions about the stock and delivery dates,  please contact customer service at info@systerp.se.

All international deliveries are made by UPS to your nearest collection point. For uncollected parcels a fee of 29 EUR is charged. This is to cover costs for shipping the parcel and receiving the return. If you change your mind after your order has been sent from us you must still pick it up and then send it to us in return. Otherwise your purchase will automatically be registered as not collected and the fee will be charged.

You will recieve an order confirmation by email after your order is placed, and a second email when the order is shipped.  In case you have not received the delivery confirmation email within 3 days from order, please contact customer service at info@systerp.se.

Sometimes a product ordered is out of stock or delayed. We will then email you within 1-3 working days. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery times or would like to cancel your order in case of delay.

Delivery Charges

We charge delivery cost of 10 EUR within Europe.
We offer free shipping on European orders that exceed the order total of 75 EUR.

Deliveries outside Europe are charged with 30 EUR.
We offer free shipping on international orders if the order total exceeds 300 EUR.

The return freight is always paid by the customer. Should your goods be damaged or defected in any way, you will not have to pay the return freight. Please contact us before sending a claim or complaint back for further instructions.

Payment Terms

Swedish VAT 25% is included in all prices. No extra fees will be added except for the ones listed on the checkout site. You can choose the payment method that suits you best. We offer the following payment methods:

Credit card

If you choose to pay with credit card there are no extra fees added. We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

Invoice

When paying with Klarna invoice an invoicing fee of EUR 2,90 will be added to the invoice. When you choose to pay with invoice a verification of your personal details will be made by Klarna. According to our payment terms we need to receive your payment within 14 days after delivery. Interest for delayed payment will be charged with 2% per month+ reference interest. Account / Partial payments

You can choose to divide your payment per month, up to 24 months. The handling of the account is done by our partner Klarna AB. After signed partial payment agreement, the first invoice will arrive the following month. Lowest amount to pay each month varies between 7-10 EUR depending on country.

Exchanges and returns

We want you to be satisfied with your products bought from Syster P. Therefore, we always give you an open purchase of 14 days after you recieved your product. The only requirement is that the product is returned in its original condition, with original packaging and possible brand tags. Goods that are sealed must still be sealed for open purchase to apply. You are responsible of the shipping cost when returning an item.

Should you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receivement. Syster P is responsible for the shipping cost if the items are defective or due to complaints. Complaints made within two months are always considered to be timely. You have 1 year warranty on products purchased at systerp.com.

Refund

Invoice – If you by the time of the return have not yet paid the invoice you don’t need to complete the payment. The amount will be adjusted by Klarna. If you already paid for your invoice you will be refunded within 30 days of your approved return. Contact Klarna Checkout’s Customer Support if you have any questions regarding the invoice.

Credit Card – If you have paid by credit/debit card, we will return the money to your card. Normally, it takes approximately two weeks before you recieve your refund. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 30 days for a refund.

PayPal – Refund through PayPal is either made to your PayPal balance or to your card depending on how you made the purchase. Be aware that a refund to card may take up to 3 business days.

Force Majeure

Syster P is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, general labor conflict, war, fire, terrorist attack, changed government regulation or harsh weather. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which provide for exemption from damages and other penalties
