Terms & Conditions

Syster P AB operates the systerp.com business and the following conditions apply to all international orders from systerp.com.

DELIVERY
You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and normal delivery time is 2-5 days for international orders and 1-3 days for orders within Sweden. Some products may have a longer delivery times, due to holidays and peak seasons. Delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 days. 

Syster P reserves the right to make price and stock changes. It may occur that products on your order is out of stock. In those cases we will contact you by email within 1-3 working days. If you wish to cancel your order or have questions about the stock and delivery dates,  please contact customer service at info@systerp.se.

All international deliveries are shipped with UPS, DHL, Budbee or Bring to your destination. For uncollected parcels a fee of 29 EUR is charged. This is to cover costs for shipping the parcel and receiving the return. If you change your mind after your order has been sent from us you must still pick it up and then send it to us in return. Otherwise your purchase will automatically be registered as not collected and the fee will be charged.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order is placed, and a second email when the order is shipped.  In case you have not received the delivery confirmation email within 3 days from order, please contact customer service at info@systerp.se.

Sometimes a product might be out of stock or delayed. Within 1-3 working days you will then receive a email with information regarding your order. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery times. In case of delivery delays, you have the right to cancel your order if the package has not left our warehouse.

If your parcel has been damage due to the shipping we will replace your order with a new one.

If you have questions about your delivery, please contact our customer service. We will get back to you within 48 hours on week days.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES
The shipping cost for your address will be shown in the checkout.

The return freight is always paid by the customer. Should your goods be damaged or defected in any way, you will not have to pay the return freight. Please contact us before sending a claim or complaint back for further instructions.

 

PAYMENT TERMS
Swedish VAT 25% is included in all prices. In the EU no extra fees will be added except for the ones listed on the checkout site. Outside EU the Swedish VAT is deducted, and you may need to pay duty and VAT upon receipt of your parcel. We offer payment solutions through  Qliro. Read about their terms and conditions here HERE.

For card payments, money is deducted when your order is shipped.

CARD PAYMENTS AND 3D SECURE

Qliro supports 3D Secure licenses that are certified according to PCI DSS. 3D Secure is a technology developed to verify that the person who buys with your card is really you. The technology works in the way that when you buy goods or services on the internet, it is up to your card issuer or bank to identify you. The identification is done by entering a personal code at the time of purchase. Via encrypted communication, this is controlled by the card company via a special security server. You have chosen or been assigned this password by your bank.
The advantage for you as a consumer to use a payment service on the internet that offers 3D Secure means that you get an opportunity to verify that you are the real cardholder, which means less risk of the card being used for fraud. You recognize a 3D Secure-safe payment solution through “Verified by VISA” or “SecureCode”. Please note that 3D Secure only works for you who have obtained the service via your bank.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your products bought from Syster P. Therefore, we always give you the right of withdrawal of 30 days after you received your product. The only requirement is that the product is returned in its original condition, with original packaging and possible brand tags. Goods that are sealed must still be sealed for the right of withdrawal to apply. You are responsible of the shipping cost when returning an item. You can also receive a return label from us for a cost of 49SEK.

We guarantee that the products you order are faultless upon delivery. Should you how ever receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we ask you to register it HERE. We are of course responsible for the shipping costs of incorrect delivery and claim. Register your claim HERE.

You have a 1-year guarantee on products ordered from systerp.com. You can not be refunded if your time for returns has expired. All claims are replaced with new products.

We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return. Refunds usually take up to 14 days. If you have used our prepaid return label a cost of 49SEK will be deducted.

REFOUND

INVOICE – If you by the time of the return have not yet paid the invoice you don’t need to complete the payment. The amount will be adjusted by Qliro. If you already paid for your invoice you will be refunded within 30 days of your approved return. Contact Qliro’s Checkout’s Customer Support if you have any questions regarding the invoice.

CREDIT CARD – If you have paid by credit/debit card, we will return the money to your card. Normally, it takes approximately two weeks before you receive your refund. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 30 days for a refund.

PAYPAL – Refund through PayPal is either made to your PayPal balance or to your card depending on how you made the purchase. Be aware that a refund to card may take up to 3 business days.

FORCE MAJEURE
Syster P is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, general labor conflict, war, fire, terrorist attack, changed government regulation or harsh weather. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which provide for exemption from damages and other penalties.
