At Syster P we want you to be happy with your product. If the product you bought from us broke, please register your complaint via the link below. We will replace your broken jewelry within the warranty period. Follow the instructions below and we will help you as soon as possible.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Different shipping costs can apply to different countries. Select your country at the checkout and to see all details.

All international orders are shipped with FedEx,UPS, Budbee, Bring or DHL Parcel Connect from our wearhouse within 1-3 days. Once we received your order, an email with your order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.

If you haven’t got a delivery notification within 7 days, please contact Customer Service by phone, +468-242810 , or email, info@systerp.se.

Normal delivery time is 7 days for international orders. Some products may have a sligthly longer delivery time due to peak season. You will receive a delivery confirmation email when your order is shipped. All international orders are shipped with UPS, Budbee, Bring or DHL Parcel Connect from our wearhouse within 1-3 days. If you have not received the confirmation within 3 business days, please contact Customer Service by phone, +468-242810 , or email, info@systerp.se.

If you want to update or change the shipping address you provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately by phone, +468-242810 , or email, info@systerp.se, and we will be happy to help you. Please note that change of shipping address cannot be done after the order has been sent from Syster P warehouse.

All our jewelry are made of 100% recycled sterling silver. The gold jewelry are then plated with 18k gold.

We love the look and feel of the natural stones and how they age beautifully, giving the jewelry its own personality. Therefore we always strive for using natural stones in our jewelry.
