We at Sister P want you to be happy with your product. Have you bought your jewelery from us, in our webshop or in our physical store, within a year and it has broken? Then you must register your complaint via the link below, send in a picture and you will then have your broken jewelery replaced within the warranty period. Follow the instructions below and we will help you as soon as possible!

Yes, shipping is available worldwide.
All international orders are sent by UPS and it takes up to 7 days until you’ll recieve your order.
If you haven’t got a delivery notification within 7 days, please contact Customer Service.
Normal delivery time is 7 days for international orders. Some products may have a sligthly longer delivery time due to peak season. You will receive a delivery confirmation email when your order is shipped. If you have not received the confirmation within 3 business days, please contact Customer Service.
We offer free shipping on all deliveries within Sweden.
To Norway we deliver free shipping over SEK 700, and charge SEK 79 for orders under SEK 700.
To the rest of Europe, we charge between 6-10 EUR in shipping costs. We offer free shipping within Europe and some additional countries for orders over 75 EUR.
To the rest of the world we offer free shipping on orders over 300 EUR.
Any cost for return freights are carried by the customer.
If you want to update or change the shipping address you provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help you. Please note that change of shipping address cannot be done after the order has been sent from Syster P warehouse.

To make the handling of returns and exchanges as easy as possible, please register your product via the link below before submitting it. Here you get instructions on how to pack and send the product to us, as well as the opportunity to print a return shipping note.
