At Syster P we want you to be happy with your product. If the product you bought from us broke, please register your complaint via the link below. We will replace your broken jewelry within the warranty period. Follow the instructions below and we will help you as soon as possible.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Different shipping costs can apply to different countries. Select your country at the checkout and to see all details.
All international orders are shipped with UPS, Budbee, Bring or DHL Parcel Connect from our wearhouse within 1-3 days. Once we received your order, an email with your order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.

Normal delivery time is 7 days for international orders. Some products may have a sligthly longer delivery time due to peak season. You will receive a delivery confirmation email when your order is shipped. All international orders are shipped with UPS, Budbee, Bring or DHL Parcel Connect from our wearhouse within 1-3 days. If you have not received the confirmation within 3 business days, please contact Customer Service by phone, +468-242810 , or email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer free shipping on all deliveries within Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany.
To the rest of Europe, we charge between 4-10 EUR in shipping costs. We offer free shipping within Europe and some additional countries for orders over 75 EUR.
To the rest of the world we offer free shipping on orders over 300 EUR.
Any cost for return freights are carried by the customer.

Please note that change of shipping address cannot be done after the order has been sent from Syster P warehouse.
