To shop at Syster P you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of your guardian/parent. You formally neter into a sales agreement with Syster P AB.



Normal delivery time from is 1-3 days for orders placed with credit card or Klarna invoice. Some products may have a longer delivery times during high season You will receive an order confirmation via email at the time of order, and an email confirmation at the time of delivery. Should you not have received the delivery confirmation email within 3 days from order, please contact our customer service at


All international deliveries are made via UPS to your nearest collection point. For parcels not collected a fee of 29 EUR is charged. This is according to our costs for shipping the parcel and receiving the return. If you change your mind after the parcel has been sent from us you must still pick it up and send it to us in return. Otherwise your purchase will automatically be registered as not collected and the fee charged.


Sometimes a product ordered is out of stock or delayed. You will then receive an email within 1-3 working days. Please contact us if you have any queeries regarding delivery times or would like to cancel your order in case of delay. 



Swedish VAT 25% is included in all prices. No extra fees will be added except for the ones listed when you go through with your purchase. You can choose the payment method which suits you best. We offer three different payment methods – credit card, invoice from Klarna or Paypal.


Credit card

If you choose to pay with credit card there are no extra fees added. We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. When you pay with credit card it is handled through Paynova to ensure fast and secure payment. Syster P AB never saves any information regarding your credit card. All information is sent through secured servers. Syster P handles your personal information according to the Swedish “lagen om personuppgifter”, PUL. This means that personal information is protected according these terms. The payment exchange Paynova used for all payments fulfil the requirements for PCI-DSS. Paynova uses fraud screening to prevent credit card fraud.



When paying with Klarna invoice an invoicing fee of EUR 2,90 will be added to the invoice. When you choose to pay with invoice a verification of your personal details will be made by Klarna. Payment terms 14 days after delivery. Interest for delayed payment will be charged with 2% per month+ reference interest. For full conditions please see the following links:







Account / Partial payments

You can choose to divide your payment per month, divided on up to 24 months. The handling of the account is done by our partner Klarna AB. After signed partial payment agreement, the first invoice will arrive the following month. Lowest amount to pay each month varies between 7-10 EUR depending on country. All international deliveries are charged with 10 EUR. The return freight is paid by you.

Right of withdrawal

We at Syster P want you to be happy with your product. Therefore we grant you the possibility to return your goods within 14 days after purchasing. The only condition is that the product is returned in its original shape, meaning it has not been used. Make sure always to include the original packaging and any branding tags. Sealed products must be returned with the seal undamaged to keep the right of withdrawal. You bear the return freight costs for the package.


We guarantee that the products you have ordered are fault free at the time of delivery. Should you receive a damaged product contact our customer service as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days. Any return freight charges for sending back damaged goods within a granted reclaim is paid by Syster P.

Invoice – If you have not yet paid the invoice you do not need to do so. If you have already paid the invoice, a refund will be issued within 30 days after acknowledged return. Please contact Klarna customer service for any questions regarding your invoice.


Credit card – If you have paid with your credit card we will refund the amount to your account. It normally takes around two weeks after you sent in your return until you see the amount on your account.


PayPal – Refund is made either to you Paypant account balance or to your credit card, depending on how the payment was made. With Paypal balance the amount is credited immediately to your balance, refund to card can take up to 3 more bank days.
